My background spans property management, vendor partnerships, construction engagement, and strategic business development within the CRE ecosystem.

Over the years, I’ve developed a strong, results-driven network throughout Florida and Illinois — the core markets where Synergy Sourcing focuses its efforts. I work closely with developers, brokers, general contractors, and architects to align the right people with the right opportunities. I’m not just well-connected — I know how to turn relationships into real results.

While working with a Chicago-based firm, I led efforts that generated $200 million in new revenue in under two years. That experience reinforced what I believe most: commercial real estate rewards speed, alignment, and relentless follow-through.

Why I Started Synergy Sourcing

I founded Synergy Sourcing to solve a problem I saw repeatedly in the CRE world: good projects often stall because the right teams aren’t at the table early enough.

Synergy Sourcing was built to help developers connect with execution-ready general contractors and architects who align with their project vision, scale, and timeline.

For my general contractor and architect clients, I serve as a trusted growth partner, bringing them into capitalized projects across multifamily, industrial, affordable housing, and mixed-use sectors throughout Florida and the greater Chicago market.
